- These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Everlasting Finance website, courses (including The Financial Reset), digital products, and any related content or services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Everlasting Finance and its founder, Andrew Bastiampillai ("Everlasting Finance," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing a course, or otherwise using our Services, you ("you" or "the user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, as described in Section 13.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, to purchase or enroll in our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Everlasting Finance provides financial education content, including online courses, worksheets, tools, and related materials, intended to help individuals build general financial knowledge and practical money habits. Our Services are educational in nature and are described in full in Section 4 below.
Everlasting Finance is a financial education platform, not a financial advisory service. Andrew Bastiampillai, the founder of Everlasting Finance, is not a licensed financial advisor, financial planner, accountant, credit counselor, or legal professional.

Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased course(s) for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not share, resell, distribute, reproduce, or publicly post course content, in whole or in part.
• You may not share your account credentials or course access with any other individual.
• We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if these Terms are violated, without refund.
Course content, format, and availability (including module release schedules) may be updated, modified, or improved by us at any time without prior notice.
All prices are listed in [insert currency, e.g., Canadian Dollars (CAD)] unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; such changes will not affect purchases already completed. Promotional pricing, discount codes, or early-bird offers are valid only under the specific conditions stated at the time of the offer and cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
We want you to feel confident in your decision to enroll. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
• 7-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date by contacting us at youreverlastingfinance@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request.
• After 7 Days: Once 7 calendar days have passed from the date of purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after this period, regardless of how much course content has been accessed or completed.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Loss of Access: If a refund is issued, your access to the course and any associated materials or bonuses will be revoked immediately.
• Promotional Enrollments: Purchases made using a promotional or discount code (including early-bird pricing) are subject to this same 7-day refund policy.
• Discretionary Exceptions: We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests made outside this window on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Submitting a request after the window does not guarantee a refund will be granted.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, we ask that you contact us directly at youreverlastingfinance@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.
• Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly may be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• If a chargeback is filed for a purchase outside the 7-day refund window, or where course access has been substantially used, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with the relevant payment provider and to provide evidence of access, usage, and these Terms as agreed to at checkout.
• Users who file fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may have their course access permanently revoked and may be barred from future purchases or enrollment in any Everlasting Finance product.
• We reserve the right to pursue any unpaid balances resulting from a reversed chargeback through any lawful means available to us, including collections.
When using our Services, you agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Everlasting Finance or any third party;
• Share, copy, or redistribute paid content without authorization;
• Use the Services for any fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services, systems, or other users' accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this section, without refund.
All content provided through our Services — including but not limited to course videos, worksheets, tools, graphics, text, and branding — is the property of Everlasting Finance and/or Andrew Bastiampillai and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No part of the Services may be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our express written permission.
As stated in Section 4, Everlasting Finance makes no guarantee, express or implied, regarding any specific financial result, outcome, or level of success from using our Services. Individual results will vary based on personal circumstances, effort, and factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everlasting Finance and Andrew Bastiampillai shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of the Services and any financial decisions you make as a result are undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everlasting Finance, Andrew Bastiampillai, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
